About The College
Mata Guri is a multi faculty College that imparts Higher Education in Arts ,Commerce,Science,Management,Education and fashion designing. The College was founded in 1994 and the Department of Economics was strated in 1997-98 Academic Session.The College has attracted students from various parts of the country. Women Harassment and Sexual exploitation Cell Established
A grievance redressal cell for women harassment and sexual exploitation was established on 1st Dec 2008. This pertinent step has been taken under the supervision of a similar cell at the university to ensure a safe and fear free environment at the college for the students. Apart from providing relief, the cell aims at enhancing the self-confidence of the girl students, making them aware of their rights and motivating them to explore their academic and extracurricular talents.
